The swelling in the breast tissue in men or boys is known as Gynecomastia. This condition is the result of hormonal imbalance of estrogen and testosterone hormones. Gynecomastia normally relapses with the time without any treatment. The final treatment for gynecomastia is surgery. The surgery has two options, one is liposuction that removes breast fat but not removes the breast gland tissue, second is mastertomy in which the breast gland tissue is removed.
